"Fangorias Weekend of Horror" made a stop in
Chicago on February 25-26, 2007. Ghoulish fans and Goth
rockers alike came in droves to see their favorite stars,
directors and producers, and of course to purchase horror
movie memoribilia, dvds', etc. This weekend expo was
presented by Creation Entertainment at the Chgo Ohare
Wyndham hotel.
By far, the star attraction was Heavy
Metal Rocker, DEE SNIDER of "Twisted Sister". Dee has since
produced, directed and starred in the movie "Strangeland" as
Capt. Howdy. Snider currently is a D.J. host who is shares
the microphone with the sexy scream queen Debbie Rochon on
Fangorias' radio program on the Sirius sattelitle network.
The show airs Fridays 10p.m.-1a.m (e.s.t.). Other rockers
present were Goth guru Voltaire and Dead by Day- in their
festive attire.
Also , to name a few of the popular
Horror Stars present at this ghoulish gore fest...Doug
(Pinhead) Bradley," scream queen" Debbie Rochon, David
"scream" Arquette"the tripper", Jason Muse, Ken Foree,
Shawnee Smith, and even the "Legendary "(Troma chief) Lloyd
Kaufman best known for directing Toxic Avenger was present
unveiling exclusive scenes from Poultrygeist , his latest
epic.
